The Zeta Gamma Chapter of Phi Mu has been part of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Greek Community since May of 1965. Phi Mu women strive to achieve high academic, social and personal excellence. Our 160 members seek to be their best selves day by day while representing Phi Mu's core values: Love, Honor and Truth. The Zeta Gamma chapter is committed to shaping our members into promising leaders and creating friendships that last a lifetime.
As president of Zeta Gamma chapter of Phi Mu at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I welcome you! Phi Mu is a sorority full of unique, genuine, and driven women who strive every day to live their lives in accordance to Phi Mu’s major values: Love, Honor, and Truth. As members of this incredible organization, we demonstrate our commitment to our values by volunteering around the Lincoln community, by treating others with kindness, tolerance, and respect, and by cheering on our fellow Huskers. Our values not only bring us together as a sisterhood, but allow us to connect within the Lincoln community and campus, as well.
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and when I first came to Nebraska what I wanted more than anything was to establish myself in a group where I felt supported, empowered, and loved. After going through the recruitment process, I was lucky enough to find that group among the women of Phi Mu. With their support, I have been able to accomplish things that I never thought I could. I truly believe that Phi Mu Zeta Gamma is a sisterhood unlike any other, and that it’s a sisterhood that will build you up, watch you succeed, and support you in the same way it supported me. My greatest wish now is to share this amazing sisterhood with all of you!
